The AWEIK Mentorship Program (AMP) is a flagship initiative of the Association for Women in Energy and Extractives in Kenya (AWEIK) designed to empower the next generation of women and girls in the energy and extractives sector value chains. It nurtures leadership, supports career exploration, offers valuable life skills, platform for knowledge sharing, networking and opportunity sharing.
